The techs are always friendly, courteous, honest and fair. They explain all options … More and all parts of the process. I have never felt as though they were trying to up-sell or talk us into anything extra. They took my family's needs into consideration and for that I am extremely grateful. We will continue to use Beckwith for all future needs.

  Always honest and well priced. I recently needed a new furnace and was quoted for one. When I informed Dave that I will likely be moving within a year or two, he quoted me a different furnace that saved me nearly $1000. He stated the only … More difference between the two is the original came with a 10 year warranty, but since the warranties do not transfer, there was no need to pay for a furnace with a 10 year warranty. While I had enough space heaters and told them I did not need any, they still dropped some off until they were able to install the new furnace, which they did within 48 hours of my original service call.
  My family and I have relied on Beckwith for well over a decade and I feel fortunate to have found such a trustworthy and reliable company.
