All three were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. They took extra care to protect the new carpeting in my finished basement, which I greatly appreciate. These young men even impressed my neighbors - who went out of their way to tell me what a great job they did installing the new AC unit outside and how polite the crew was. Very well run, professional business!

He got straight to the point, told me what was wrong, and wasted no time in fixing … More it. An issue arose after he left, and he was back the very next business day to fix it at no charge. I really appreciate the quick response from the company and from Dave. This is the 2nd year I've used Beckwith and I do not think I'll ever use another company.

Don't go anywhere else! Quality doesn't cost extra and their technicians are all competent, friendly and on-time. I 've used these great folks since 2005 for complete new house install, furnace replacement, A/C replacement, … More complete furnace and A/C replacement and commercial HVAC install. In 2022 I replaced the 20 year old furnace and A/C in my home with the high efficiency A/C unit and incredibly, my electric bill dropped 50%! The new unit runs at variable speeds reducing the on/off cycling and the entire house is much more comfortable with even temperature throughout enabling me to set the temperature several degrees higher. I recently built a second home and had another great Beckwith system installed--super service and fair price. I'm a retired contractor so I know of what I speak.

Always honest and well priced. I recently needed a new furnace and was quoted for one. When I informed Dave that I will likely be moving within a year or two, he quoted me a different furnace that saved me nearly $1000. He stated the only … More difference between the two is the original came with a 10 year warranty, but since the warranties do not transfer, there was no need to pay for a furnace with a 10 year warranty. While I had enough space heaters and told them I did not need any, they still dropped some off until they were able to install the new furnace, which they did within 48 hours of my original service call.
My family and I have relied on Beckwith for well over a decade and I feel fortunate to have found such a trustworthy and reliable company. -
They performed our annual maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Have used them for over 10 years. I highly recommend this company. Inexpensive and they do a great job.

My furnace was not working and when I called they were able to send out a technician immediately. Furnace was up and running within the hour. I would highly recommend Beckwith to anyone who needs their services.

The service man was on time, professional and answered all my questions but most of all HONEST and didn't try selling me a repair I didn't need. Highly recommended! They are very reasonably price too,MUCH cheaper than other places I called.

First day of cold weather my heat went out at 9 am, they were able to get me back up running with the parts they needed by 2 pm. I also live out in Hinckley so I was impressed. Fair price and friendly technicians.

Bruce Beckwith and his staff did a fabulous job installing a new air conditioner in my moms' ductless home. She is pleased beyond words. The technicians even removed her old window air conditioners AND washed her window. Stellar service!
Dave whitehouse came out at 9 pm on thanksgiving to fix our furnace. We came home from the family’s to a 40 degree home. It was freezing. Dave the 24 hour service technician promptly returned my phone call and was to the house in less than 30 minutes. Within about 30 minutes after that we had heat again. The gas valves were bad. Amazing service from an amazing guy. Very happy with Beckwith and would recommend them to anyone.LikeCommentShare
We needed a new furnace and AC unit. I got several estimates and Beckwith's was over $500 less. We have been happy with the units. Great honest American company.
